We were very pleased with the used Subaru we purchased and the customer service we received at Gravel. Dave Novik was very helpful and honest during the sales process and followed up with us quickly with and the customer service we received at Gravel. Dave Novik was very helpful and honest during the sales process and followed up with us quickly with any questions we had. Upon leaving the dealership with the car, we realized the A/C wasn't as cool as it should be, and immediately called Dave. He called us back quickly and arranged for service appointment options for us. We brought the car in the next week, and after diagnosing that the compressor had to be replaced, Garavel covered the entire cost, and now our kids have a car that not only came with new tires and brakes, but now has a new air compressor. We're all very happy with this experience and highly recommend Garavel sales and service deptartments! More

I have been leasing Subarus from Garavel for over 20 years and have loved each experience so I keep coming back for more. For my last couple of car leases, I worked with Dave Nowik and he is extremely knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is seamless and is there for you for any issues or questions you may have. Dave is truly working for the customer and is transparent and there are no surprises or hidden agendas. His number one goal is customer service and customer satisfaction at he certainly displayed that with me and is there for you even after you drive off the lot with your car. I strongly recommend Garavel Subaru and Dave Nowik for all of your car needs!! More
