DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IN THIS DAY AND AGE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS WOULD RATHER STEAL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN BUILD LOYALTY. VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN THIS DAY AND AGE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS WOULD RATHER STEAL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN BUILD LOYALTY. VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD DEALERSHIP. UNTIL THEY LEARN THAT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER THEY DO NOT EXIST IT IS BOUND TO GET WORSE. More

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Beaver Chevrolet’s service department! From start to finish, the level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care was truly exceptional. A Beaver Chevrolet’s service department! From start to finish, the level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care was truly exceptional. A special shout-out to David, my service advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about making my visit as stress-free as possible. He kept me updated throughout the process, provided clear explanations, and ensured that my vehicle was taken care of with top-notch service. The entire team at Beaver Chevrolet made the experience seamless, from scheduling my appointment to getting my car back in perfect condition. It's rare to find a service department that prioritizes customer satisfaction the way they do here. If you're looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend Beaver Chevrolet—and be sure to ask for David if you want the best service experience possible! More

This is the worst dealer I ever used my wife baught a certified pre-owned 2021 Chevy traks from the day after we bought it the check engine light came on we took in and did not get a rental car for a mon certified pre-owned 2021 Chevy traks from the day after we bought it the check engine light came on we took in and did not get a rental car for a month and a half and I started paying on the car after 2 months and the car sat in there shop. Now it is 8 months later I tried to take in cause it not blow air or heat up inside. They said it be a week it have to sit there before they look. They could not give a rental. I took to a nother dealer and they say that it was never submitted or anything for the warranty and the issue will cost over 1000 dollars to fix. Bever Chevrolet is the worst dealer I have ever been to. They do not know how to take care of customers especially those who served and retired from the military. I will never recommend them to anyone. Alan Bills More

Sammy was a pleasure to work with. I looked for my svc advisor, David, to recommend a Sales person I could get a straight answer from. David Parisi was out but 1 of the advisors brough I looked for my svc advisor, David, to recommend a Sales person I could get a straight answer from. David Parisi was out but 1 of the advisors brought me to Robbie who had a customer so he turned me on to Sammy Dean. What a pleasure! No xx. I told him I was interested but had to be somewhere in an hr. He showed me what he had on the lot, we took a ride and I said I liked it. As expected he wanted me to commit before I left the lot. I said I have to be somewhere and if I come home with this truck I will be sleeping in your yard, I needed to clear with the war dept, aka Wife. True to my word I texted once I had the ok. The sales process once we sat down was painless. Since it was Dec 31 it was busy and I was patient as hey I was getting a good deal. The finance mgr, Phil, was also very helpful and did not try to add on and the usual blah blah I've experienced with other dealers. The only option I took was an enhanced warranty to cover the vehicle including the electronics for 10 yrs. Have never done this but a computer repair that happens at month 37 is expensive and I've had that experience with the torque converter on a 2017 Colorado. Not doing it. Beaver is really the beast from sales to service! More
