David Campbell was the most helpful team player I have encountered in the retail setting in a long time. He was very knowledgeable regarding the car I was looking for. Although the negotiations took longer than expected, normal for car dealerships unfortunately with the hierarchy and back and forth, once we were settled on the price the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership because it did have the lowest fees after we shopped around the tri county area, and especially David Campbell, truly a knowledgeable ninja salesman. More

The purchase went smooth. After that, it was all downhill from there. Couldn’t get a straight answer about an aftermarket accessory. After 3 days, finally got an answer and had it installed. Car was leaking oil within 2 weeks. Took a week for the part to show up. Then they said it would take a few hours to get it fixed. Now it’s 3 days. I’ve been to several dealers the last 20 yrs and this dealer, by far, is the worst. The service department literally killed the entire pleasant experience during the purchase. If I could take the car back and get my money, I would. Don’t buy from here unless you want headaches and run around. More

First my pleasant salesman David Campbell, was a pleasure to deal with. He did not hassle me and force me to purchase any additional for my SUV. He was patient, stay in my budget range. LADIES if you need a wonderful salesman that will handle you patiently, considerately. will understand your budget and not push you over. Go see David Campbell at Pines Acura. Secondly, I went in for an oil change, not feeling well. Wanted to go back home and not wait for the vehicle. My nice service technician Rayon was trying to get me a ride back home. But in the interim, he had my SUV taken care of so quickly. I ended up waiting just about an hour for completion. That was so much appreciated, being I was with my granddaughter and not feeling well. David saw me in the service waiting area and offered to drop me home too. He got my granddaughter a hamburger, made her relax to wait. The customer service at Pines Acura is "off the chain", the young people say. :-) Even the cashier had a smile for me, when I went to pay, such a pleasant staff.
