Purchased a car online and experience was decent. A little clunky in the process and how things transpired from start to finish. Salesman was a bit hidden and reserved in some explanations of questions etc and was quite pushy until he realized I was not just going to be reeled in at first try. I feel like there could've been more effort to present the car (videos, phone calls, info overall etc) as there wasn't much given from the salesman, I had to initiate basically all the questions which felt a little less than customer satisfaction oriented. More
