I grew up in the Seattle area and moved to Texas in 1996. Have been married 17 years to my beautiful wife, Ellina, have three great kids and three wonderful grand kids. I enjoy working on my home, always remodeling something, have fun water skiing and love spending time going on long walks with my wife. I started in this industry in 2002 after 23 years with Boeing. When I started I wanted to really make a difference in the perception people have about this business. I have found that there are really a lot of very good people in this business, but the overall public perception still hasn't changed much. I know that I can help change that perception one customer at a time. I have worked for a few automotive organizations in the last 18 years and started my career with the Sam Pack Auto Group a little over three and a half years ago when I helped open Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. I have been to many dealerships in the past, from Honda's , Toyota's to Mazda's. None of them compares to Five Star Subaru. Bill Klozik is the go to person there. I have known him since he was at Bob Moore S , Toyota's to Mazda's. None of them compares to Five Star Subaru. Bill Klozik is the go to person there. I have known him since he was at Bob Moore Subaru, I don't consider him just a sales person, he is an advisor, a brother. He always thinks good about the people he meets. Every department at the dealership is a charm. Everyone is friendly there. I had the honor of meeting the General Managers in their office and talk to them for a while, they are marvelous. Never been disappointed with the service department, they get things done in a solid way, all the service advisors and the techs are very friendly and wonderful people. There is always so much good to say about this dealership which will never end. I will recommend Five Star Subaru of Grapevine to the whole world. More
