The only reason I gave it a 3-star review was nobody acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Finally a nice lady came and helped me, I had just finished my acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Also I had a nail in one tire that was not even found by the service technician, apparently it has been in there for some time. To top it off, my vehicle was given to another elderly couple when it was finished with its service, the elderly couple realized it wasn’t their vehicle and brought the keys back to the service checkout desk. I had to get an oil change and a refund. The refund was for a catalytic converter for my 2012 Rav 4. Parts made me pay $600+ dollars on 5-11 and of July3 it still wasn't in. The service person at bay 7 seemed to busy to answer service plan questions on my 2015 Sienna.(I was having m 2016 Rav 4 serviced). He siad I had to bring the 2015 Sienna vehicle in to have questions an service plan questions on my 2015 Sienna.(I was having m 2016 Rav 4 serviced). He siad I had to bring the 2015 Sienna vehicle in to have questions answered on the service plan, and adding, "You cant make an appointment .first come first serve".. The service plan was purchased at Cobb County Toyota with the vehicle., This is the first time a service person has refused to answer my questionsin on the Sienna in my long history of having my vehicles serviced with CCT. He just seemed like I was a bother to him, border line rude. Very unusual for your employees, they usually bend over backwards to help. Must say, one more experience like this, I will take my business elsewhere. More
