My first Toyota experience Dave Datsko approached me while I was browsing the lot at Summit Toyota for a new Highlander. Unlike many car salesman, Dave was not high pressure and Dave Datsko approached me while I was browsing the lot at Summit Toyota for a new Highlander. Unlike many car salesman, Dave was not high pressure and offered a wealth of information about the 2018 Highlander. Once I decided on the model and color I wanted, Dave was committed to locating a vehicle that matched my description while I was out-of-state on vacation. Not only was the vehicle I asked for located and prepped, but Dave was understanding of the timing of my vacation vs leasing my new Highlander and never pressured me or hounded me during my trip. Within 2 days of arriving home, I met with Dave to finalize the transaction. Both he and Bob Watterson were very helpful with explaining the plethora of new features the Highlander offers. With my existing lease ending around the same time as leasing my new Highlander, I was stressing about the timing of returning my former lease to Kia. I didn't want to miss my lease-end deadline and be penalized, but I also didn't want to be without a car. With my Kia lease ending the day after leasing my new Highlander, Dave personally turned in my leased Kia at a local dealership so I didn't have the additional stress of juggling two vehicles or worrying about missing my turn-in date. If you're considering a Toyota and are in the Akron, OH area, I highly recommending stopping in to Summit Toyota and working with David Datsko. The dealership is clean and modern and the staff has been very helpful thus far. More

He is always patient with us (especially with me, the wife). His patience clearly became evident with all of the questions (which were many) related to the operation of our newly purchased Rav4.. Dave is giving us a few days to become familiar with the car. He will then be in touch with us to answer any concerns which we may have.
