They offer “Express Car Buying” that is 100% online through their website. I picked out a Toyota Tacoma, that was dealer discounted, and followed the instructions to buy it online. After I was hooked, I received a call from a sales person letting me know that the dealer discount expired 3 weeks ago, but they have the exact truck and I would have to pay $3,000 more. The sales person tried using the excuse that they don’t update the inventory on their website frequently. Such a poor excuse for a major dealership and not acceptable. They refused to honor the price, which is unacceptable for good management that runs a tight ship. Clearly, mistakes are common and they would be out of business if they had to fix them all. Either it is lousy management full of mistakes, or they are using false advertising to sell cars. Whichever the case, it is not professional. More

I do have to say that the guys at the main counter could have a more friendly attitude. I was shocked to find found out later that they were the sales managers. Really surprising because they acted like they didn't have time to help me in the first encounter. There was one guy that was friendly from their group. I didn't get his name, but the rest were pretty standoffish. If it weren't for Erik redeeming the dealership and being such an astounding through his good nature, And Rudy being such a knowledgeable and patient finance guy, I may have left Toyota without the truck. More

My experience at Gladstone Toyota was fantastic. I worked with Ricardo, he is stellar. From the first time we met over email he helped me narrow down my options and what was available. When I couldn't find t with Ricardo, he is stellar. From the first time we met over email he helped me narrow down my options and what was available. When I couldn't find the perfect car and needed to take a break from looking he didn't bother me or send me too many emails. I could check back in when I needed to. Finally the car showed up in the inventory and he was fast and efficient to get me a test drive, the final numbers and start the process. After I brought the car home I noticed a damage to the windshield and David Elder stepped in to ensure Gladstone would take care of it. All in all this dealership works with the customer and treats you with respect and care. I will be sharing Ricardo and Gladstone Toyota information with friends and family for all their car needs.
