Hassan my salesman and David the finance manager were both fabulous. I came to BMW Of Sarasota after three long & frustrating months of car shopping. I was emotionally drained and ready to cry after nume both fabulous. I came to BMW Of Sarasota after three long & frustrating months of car shopping. I was emotionally drained and ready to cry after numerous disappointments. Hassan and David provided the simplest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Hassan was professional, courteous, and very patient with me. He was always following up with me, staying in close communication and making himself accessible to me by phone/text/email whenever I had questions or needed to speak to him. Although he was clearly motivated to sell, Hassan was not pushy in any way and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. This was an unexpectedly simple and pleasant car-buying experience.
