Worst service we have ever experienced. Told us to bring car in for recall (we had not lights etc) when they got the car they told us they didn't have the part. No loaner the first day. The next day received a loaner which we had for 13 days. Summary sheet said all work had been completed. Rattle is still there. Sheet said we refused to ok a new air filter - no one ever asked us about that so now will have to take it back in to somewhere else and have that done. Disorganized, uncommunicative - could not get a return call from Stan so finally called our salesman, David, and we received a call back immediatley. Left many messages - heard nothing from dealership. Worst experience ever and we bought a new Cadillac for the first time. Now wondering if that wasn't a huge mistake for many reasons. More

This dealership has awful customer service and makes fake promises. They wasted my time and I ended up having to cancel the purchase, after I signed the contracts and made the payment because they lied to me promises.
