It's not a common car so we had to order it and there was not a lot of movement on the price. That said we got a very fair trade on our other car and we were, overall happy with the deal. George was attentive but not pressuring and dealt with all our questions and gave us some good advice. Closing was a lot of paper which just seems odd in this day and age. More

I cannot properly express (in a short review) the level of expertise and customer service I have received, and more specifically my sales executive, George Rangelov and General Manager, David Jacovides. They have gone out of their way to make sure my buying experience has been comfortable, efficient and accurate. My service appointments have been nothing short of a red-carpet experience and their follow through and communication has been second to none. I have mentioned multiple times, they have set the bar so high, dealing with any other team or dealership would just be a disappointment. If there were 10 starts to check, they would get 11! Steve was very attentive and knowledgable about all the models and trims. He was available to answer all questions thru email, text, and in person. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision I did not want. Jeff at finance was quick and thorough and went through each warranty in detail and found me a favorable loan. I would not hesitate to purchase another Audi from this dealership again and would definitely recommend friends and family. More

He always seems to know the details of the cars in an inventory or is able to get same on a short notice. He is a credit to the profession which normally does not have an overabundance of fans! Credit is also due to David Jacovides, GM of Crown Audi who is obviously doing a great job hiring the "right" people like Bob or Mandy Walters - my service advisor.
