I've already complimented Andy on his outstanding Customer Service, but now I have to give a shout out to Maggie...I call her... Marvelous Maggi...and here's why. My car arrived to Florida with a couple of razor cuts in the rear seat (probably an accident made by the window tint tech) nonetheless Maggi without hesitation, searched for a replacement cover but there weren't any located stateside...guess what she did...she ordered me one from Germany... Now... Who Does That..??? I'll tell you who...Marvelous Maggi at CBB (she's Magnificent:)...That's Who Does That!!! Andrea also replied promptly to my request for additional documentation and this is why I feel they should be rated the #1 auto dealership in the USA!!!. Do you know any other dealership that would go above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provide this kind of Customer Service??? My first online auto purchase has been phenomenal because of the Dream Team at CBB. Hats off to you Jack Schneider!!! I viewed your online interview and you spoke about the vision of your company...I can honestly say that ... I'm proud to be a part of this family...you're a man of Integrity, Morals and Good Character and it's great to see your teams reflect these traits...Thank You...CBB!!! I was in the market for a late model Corvette. C5 and had the pleasure of meeting Dana with Benz and Beamer period. Very professional very courteous, very kind, They took time to answer all of my questions and really help me through the process of determining the right car for me. Although I did not purchase the car that I test drove from their dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dana as the sales representative for any of your needs. More

We had a terrific experience with Austin Perry at Certified Benz and Beemer. Due to an accident we needed to find another car and they had just what we wanted. Tim and everyone on the team made this such a pleasant and easy experience. I have NEVER experienced a dealership and team like this one!! Not to mention I am in Texas and they are in Arizona and they s and easy experience. I have NEVER experienced a dealership and team like this one!! Not to mention I am in Texas and they are in Arizona and they sent me very thorough videos of the car inside and out including the put the car on a hydraulic lift and took me through the entire undercarriage, tires, brakes etc.! Tim Smith and the whole team at CBB was the best car buying experience I have had to date. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle, until I drove off the lot a week later, I was treated l buying experience I have had to date. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle, until I drove off the lot a week later, I was treated like a preferred customer and given first class service. No pushy sales tactics only honest communication, and respect for my questions and concerns. The trade in value of my vehicle was lower than I anticipated. I felt selling it elsewhere would be more beneficial for myself. Tim and the team at CBB totally understood and wanted me to pursue the option that worked best for me instead of trying to push to get the trade in deal done that minute. Again honest and respectful. The paperwork was drawn up, quickly and efficiently. Tim assured me that they don’t put their stamp of approval on any vehicle unless it is in top notch condition. They didn’t disappoint.
