We compared used and new tr We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this ,by far, was the best experience ever. Norma was a great help. We compared used and new trucks side by side , literally, they put them next to each other. They even pulled up the fact sheets on both vehicles so we could see the differences. They answered all of our questions about the vehicles and warranties and financing. We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends. Norma is awesome she followed up even after we purchased our truck. It was truly a great experience. Thanks again Norma and Dave!!!! More

Poorly coordinated, took way too long. We were out of state buyers. There was confusion with our pick up from the train station. We arrived with carry on luggage and had to drag it around t We were out of state buyers. There was confusion with our pick up from the train station. We arrived with carry on luggage and had to drag it around the showroom. We were promised lunch that wasn't provided. The paperwork included gap insurance and mechanical insurance we did not need. The process should have been in and out and wasn't then the car didn't even have a full tank of gas. David and Pat were great and I love love my vehicle. More

Like everyone i demand the Most "basic" respect when it comes to spending my hard-earned money. And Mike Pirozzoli was awesome. Patient, responsive!! just an all around good guy!! Same with Dave Lasher...I did not feel pressure from them at anytime and im just grateful. got the vehicle i want at i price that was very fair to me.... Not much else to ask for. More

BUYER BEWARE OF FREE OIL CHANGES PROMISED AT PURCHASE! Bait and switch Dealer. Buy a car from Castle North Chevy in Elk Grove village in 2017 or earlier, and thought you were going to get the promised "FR Bait and switch Dealer. Buy a car from Castle North Chevy in Elk Grove village in 2017 or earlier, and thought you were going to get the promised "FREE" oil changes for the life of the car? Not so fast......as of 1/1/18, all Castle Dealers have "cancelled" the free oil changes, and you now have the opportunity to pay them for oil changes they promised you for free........smells like a Class Action Lawsuit to me..........good luck. More
