Norma was absolutely amazing. She was really understanding that I had a budget that I wanted to stick to and that no one should ever make me feel uncomfortable just to sell a car. There was a significant amount of miscommunication between departments regarding the sale. After traveling over 4 hours to make this deal, the paper work was suppose to be prepared ahead of time, whic between departments regarding the sale. After traveling over 4 hours to make this deal, the paper work was suppose to be prepared ahead of time, which it ultimately was not. Regarding the miscommunication, I apologized for my lack of knowledge regarding the specifics of a vehicle sale and financing (after being mislead by the sales department), and then was further blamed for the confusion by the employee I was working with. Norma was very as helpful as she could be; however, the other employees we encountered made this a one star experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, friend or enemy, and will not be considering returning in the future. More
