Great place to buy a car! David Gavin made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in - no pressure like most car salesmen. He was professional, knowledgeable and friend David Gavin made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in - no pressure like most car salesmen. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Once we made the decision to make the purchase, the process was a bit long but once the bank approval was made and we moved on to the final signing phase, David Mesa was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. This was the best car purchase experience I have had in a long time. Thank you guys! More

New Car Purchase I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Mercedes Of Bonita. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with absolute professional I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Mercedes Of Bonita. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with absolute professionalism. They made my car buying experience an absolute pleasure and enjoyable. My Salesman Frank Deluca assisted me every way possible, and has in depth product knowledge which made it easy for me to choose the vehicle for me. He went above and beyond and does this each and every time I send him customers. He is a great person. I was able to meet management at all levels. The store was extremely busy, but each manager came out to speak with me and made certain I was taken care of. They are consummate professionals. The managing partner Ralph Mesa greeted me and spent a tremendous amount of time explaining how important customer service is to him and his staff. To say Phenomenal would be an understatement! Having purchased cars for thirty years, I can absolutely say no dealership can compare. They are simply the best at every level and I recommend them to every person I know!! More

Excellent Service We had an excellent and painless buying experience with Ken Lucas and his team buying a SUV at this Mercedes dealership. Ken was beyond patient with We had an excellent and painless buying experience with Ken Lucas and his team buying a SUV at this Mercedes dealership. Ken was beyond patient with my indecisiveness as to which model/color. The heat index was over 100 degrees and their garage facility made it doable in this heat. The follow through after the sale is outstanding. They treated us like we were buying one of the most expensive cars on the lot and that surely wasn't the case. Highly recommend Ken and the gang. Pamela Collins Naples PS We have been here before for service on our 550 S but after visiting the show room I am certain we can host a wonderful charity fund raiser in this gorgeous facility.
