Both Colin Grindley in sales and Rod Rees, sales manager were very comfortable to deal with. We negotiated with respect and left feeling good about the whole transaction. We never felt pressured or rushed. We had lots of questions, and Stephen is a very knowledgeable Mercedes professional. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. My salesman, Ken Lucas, was personable, friendly and efficient, and I appreciated his willingness to drive the used car I was considering down to my mechanic on Marco Island for an inspection. Upon sealing the deal he and David Mesa (in Finance) had everything lined up and ready to go so that I was driving out of the dealership in my new (used) car within 30 minutes. No wasted time - I appreciate that! All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with absolute professionalism. They made my car buying experience an absolute pleasure and enjoyable. My Salesman Frank Deluca assisted me every way possible, and has in depth product knowledge which made it easy for me to choose the vehicle for me. He went above and beyond and does this each and every time I send him customers. He is a great person. I was able to meet management at all levels. The store was extremely busy, but each manager came out to speak with me and made certain I was taken care of. They are consummate professionals. The managing partner Ralph Mesa greeted me and spent a tremendous amount of time explaining how important customer service is to him and his staff. To say Phenomenal would be an understatement! Having purchased cars for thirty years, I can absolutely say no dealership can compare. They are simply the best at every level and I recommend them to every person I know!! More
