Tom kept in touch with me as to when a car may arrive at the dealership. When the car arrived it didn't have some of the features I was looking for. He took the time to search for and find the car I wanted. It was a pleasure doing business with Tom and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs! More

Both Colin Grindley in sales and Rod Rees, sales manager were very comfortable to deal with. We negotiated with respect and left feeling good about the whole transaction. I will not hesitate to use this dealership again. Great people can make all the difference. The attention to detail is the difference between good and great. This dealership is great. Thank you. Our salesman, Stephen DiMuzio, took such good care of us that we felt like we were working with family. He was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect used car. We never felt pressured or rushed. We had lots of questions, and Stephen is a very knowledgeable Mercedes professional. He kept in touch with us on almost a daily basis to make sure the process was moving along as expected. We bought a 2011 Mercedes E550, one owner, 45,000 miles, and CarFax verified for a fair price. Stephen and Wylly Corria spent extra time just showing us all the bells and whistles and how to use them - invaluable! They both are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in teaching others how to navigate through the Mercedes computer systems. Thank you, Stephen and Wylly for such a pleasant car-buying experience! Friendly & efficient! In my opinion, buying a car is usually not a pleasant endeavor, however, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs came as close as it can get! In my opinion, buying a car is usually not a pleasant endeavor, however, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs came as close as it can get! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. My salesman, Ken Lucas, was personable, friendly and efficient, and I appreciated his willingness to drive the used car I was considering down to my mechanic on Marco Island for an inspection. Upon sealing the deal he and David Mesa (in Finance) had everything lined up and ready to go so that I was driving out of the dealership in my new (used) car within 30 minutes. No wasted time - I appreciate that! All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
