Both Colin Grindley in sales and Rod Rees, sales manager were very comfortable to deal with. We negotiated with respect and left feeling good about the whole transaction. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. My salesman, Ken Lucas, was personable, friendly and efficient, and I appreciated his willingness to drive the used car I was considering down to my mechanic on Marco Island for an inspection. Upon sealing the deal he and David Mesa (in Finance) had everything lined up and ready to go so that I was driving out of the dealership in my new (used) car within 30 minutes. No wasted time - I appreciate that! All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
