As a rule, sales force is outstanding (Lou Gallo) and service is professional and usually excellent. However, it is problematic when you schedule a service appointment based on getting a loaner car an service is professional and usually excellent. The service representative who I met with the day I arrived to drop off my car was nice. The people I spoke to on the phone to confirm my appointment and loaner car the day before were a nightmare. Left a voicemail in the morning, no call back, one dropped call and another promised call back by a seperate representative, no call while waiting forever on hold at the end of the day.
