As a rule, sales force is outstanding (Lou Gallo) and service is professional and usually excellent. However, it is problematic when you schedule a service appointment based on getting a loaner car an service is professional and usually excellent. However, it is problematic when you schedule a service appointment based on getting a loaner car and are told NONE are available when you arrive. Totally unacceptable! More

The service representative who I met with the day I arrived to drop off my car was nice. The people I spoke to on the phone to confirm my appointment and loaner car the day before were a nightmare. Left a voicemail in the morning, no call back, one dropped call and another promised call back by a seperate representative, no call while waiting forever on hold at the end of the day. Ridiculousness. More

Asked for transmission diagnose, got check engine diagnosed instead. Ask to fix the issue on the diagnos , manager refused to do it cause “there is too many miles on the car “. Our experience was that the staff servicing our car was professional, courteous and speedy. We expected to spend much more time turning our car in that it took.
