Our experience was that the staff servicing our car was professional, courteous and speedy. We expected to spend much more time turning our car in that it took. Mbusa sends out a recall letter and I made an appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the recall and made me waste an entire day on driving to the dealer ship, towards the end when I was speaking to my advisor he told me that $350 was required to look at my sunroof which was the cause of my visit, I immediately stood up and told the advisor, have a good day good bye. More
