Smooth Buying Experience I ordered a 2018 Crosstrek in late June. David Roman helped me get the best deal and kept me updated twice a week on the status on my order. I was not looking forward to the long, tiring, car buying experience but David made it seamless and smooth. Once the car came in, Trevor Jeffery helped with the delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable when showing me the features of the vehicle. He was easy to talk to and willing to go out of his way to help with anything I needed. Next up was the Finance office where Jon Frisby was extremely pleasant and funny. This was my 8th car buying experience and by far the best one. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Subaru. More

We chose to travel 134 miles one way to this dealership. Our sales consultant, Christine Brightwell, made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her. Christine's knowledge of the Outback was quite obvious answering every question we had with ease. From beginning to end Christine was attentive and caring. Jonathan Frisbe in the Finance Department was amazing he had the perfect mix of knowledge, speed and pleasant humor making that portion of the day easy and fun. Buying a new vehicle is a long process but the time passed quickly with very little down time. The entire experience was worth traveling that long distance. The “Outback” is all it said to be and more. We would not hesitate to travel back to this dealership in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to choose “Sport Subaru” for a great buying experience. More

No pressure and very respectful experience We had gotten a Consumer Reports guaranteed quote from them so we knew exactly what the bottom line was so there was no hassling. There was a little discussion on that which was worked out very quickly to everyone's satisfaction. Justin Moore was our salesperson and he was very patient and respectful. It did take four hours to cover everything and that included Justin pairing our cell phone to the car and instructing us on how to use most of the extras! The paperwork and listening to the sales pitch on the extended warranties took awhile but we felt to pressure to purchase these extras. We definitely will keep this dealership in mind when purchasing our next car and we highly recommend them. More

Purchase of a new 2017 Subaru Outback. Outstanding team effort from James Menzies and David Roman. I called on Thursday about an Outback that was at Sport. I live quite a distance from them and I wanted this to be easy. I DID receive the best price for the same vehicle that was at our local dealers but they beat that price by a HUGE amount.. Thank you. Coming into the dealership for the first time Saturday Afternoon about 12:45 PM a busy time I might add. They made my wife and I feel comfortable. We drove the car, finished the paperwork and left at 2:30 but it could have been much easier but I brought my Crosstrek to pick up the other vehicle and I mentioned something that was going on with it. They asked me if their technician could look at the issue and maybe suggest something. They took care of this and US. Thank you James and David and the service advisors John and Oz. They made this sale go smooth and pickup of our 2017 Outback easy!! Thank you Sport Subaru for having such greater employees.... More

David and Trevor were easy to work with, not at all pushy. I was provided information via email and the pricing remained the same upon my arrival. It was late when I left the dealership with my car. Trevor called to make sure I made it home safely. I had to leave my old car at the dealership. Trevor ensured the homelink was cleared prior to the new owner picking up the car. They arranged for me to have a tag on the new car until the new owner was able to pick up the car and have the title transferred. After the sale I had an issue with my phone communication as the calls sounded like I was in a tunnel. I called Trevor, it was his day off. He contacted me back the same day to let me know he would check into the issue. He did and there was a software update needed. He worked with the service department to schedule my appointment. All was above and beyond what he needed to do. M phone now works great with no tunnel sound. Trevor followed up after the sale to see if I had any questions and followed up after the service to ensure my satisfaction. I was very happy and had a great experience all the way around. More

Both experiences were straight forward, no crazy games between the sales staff and manager about price, trade in, etc. Now that said, negotiation is still on the table and I did just that each time, but they do their best to get you the right price the first time. I worked with Alex Tamer both times and he is a good experienced salesman. He wants the customer to be happy with the deal and works for you to make it happen. Alex is very good at making sure you understand everything about the transaction, then afterwards, explaining the operation of your vehicle. I highly recommend Don Mealy Sport Subaru, they are very customer oriented and their Service Department are very professional and provide great service to your new Subaru. More
