We drove there from Wellington, FL on Saturday 11/12, shopped for the NX 350 F-Sport that I wanted. Found it, and went over the numbers the same day. Paid a deposit to hold the vehicle so it would not be sold while I was in the middle of confirming everything. We drove back on Sunday 11/13 to complete the paperwork and do the sign-off. Then returned one final time yesterday (Monday 11/14) with the cashier's check to pay for the vehicle in full. Drove off with the vehicle last night and I am so elated because the entire deal was effortless. The staff there is SO helpful and pleasant. They don't haggle you and they work with you from start to finish. They take PRIDE in their work and the Lexus dealership brand! For that I am thankful to have finally found a dealership that I can have a business relationship with and can refer others to them.
