Howard is the bee's knees and the cat's pajamas.  I emailed him on December 10 and asked him to be on the lookout for a convertible for me.  None in stock or one got away from him the minute it hit the emailed him on December 10 and asked him to be on the lookout for a convertible for me.  None in stock or one got away from him the minute it hit the lot.  But this time, Howard texted me when it passed inspection and wasn't even cleaned yet.  We said we would be there in the morning.  He encouraged me to cone early as other sales people had their eye on it too.  He was waiting outside for me,  A test drive and we were sold.  Howard is on top of his game and proceeds in a timely manner so everyone is happy.  Third car I have bought from him.  He knows his stuff and makes the process as quick as possible.  Plus, he is friendly and willing to talk about family.  He is real people.  Howard had to do quick learning before we arrived because the car was an Audi and he is a Lexus expert.  He went the extra mile by texting his own set of pictures before the car was on the website.  I'll try a convertible and told Howard I may want a 350ES in the future and Charlie will be ready to upgrade his RX.  WE will only go to Howard.  Don't shop anywhere else. We both come from good genes so there could be many more cars in our future together.  Love the dealership, Howard, the family atmosphere, welcoming of the our dog, and friendliness. More

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt like part of their family. Lisa Soesbe greeted us, asked if we needed anything and gave us a tour of the dealer. Anthony Burrurano quickly came to welcome us and reassure us we were in good hands with Lisa. While I didn’t use the service area, it was the cleanest, I’ve ever seen. There were a variety of small areas, very home like for you to wait in while your car is being serviced or for doing preliminary paperwork if you’re buying. Lisa had the car ready for me to test drive as we had several conversations by phone prior where she had listened to what I was looking for so she was able to meet my needs. She was on top of every step to guide us through the buying process. I traded my car in and felt it was valued appropriately. David Smith made signing the paperwork smooth and efficient. Then Marc Jean from the Technology Department, who knew there was such a thing, showed me every feature of the car so I was fully informed of how to operate them. Overall... warm, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough and most of all they listened to what I was looking for. The day after I received thank you emails and follow up for feedback. We drove from Miami about 2 1/2 hours away and well worth the trip! I would most definitely use them again. More
