I purchased a trade-in vehicle. My salesman Ozzie always answered his phone. The dealership claimed to had put new tires. They actually had not. This was my first visit to BMW Elk Grove and had a great experience – nice showroom and the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional.
