Our experience with the Delaware Cadillac dealership was nothing short of spectacular. Scott Bernard, did a phenomenal job of assisting me and my husband every step of the way. He was phenomenal! He was very professional, honest and more importantly he was knowledgeable and not pushy. In fact, I was taking so long to decide between vehicles, Scott stayed well past store closing to assist in every way and still did not make me feel rushed in any way. Our family purchased a 2018 Cadillac CT6 Platinum 3. 0TT from Drew Baker earlier in March, 2025. I had been eyeing it for a while and I noticed the price dropped on it slightly. I offered a number and Dr 0TT from Drew Baker earlier in March, 2025. I had been eyeing it for a while and I noticed the price dropped on it slightly. I offered a number and Drew/his manager decided to meet halfway. We purchased the car the same day and Dennis helped us with the finance + GM's warranty on the vehicle. Our experience with Drew, Jared, David and Walter has been wonderful. This is the first dealership who has treated us with such care and respect. My dad and I are sold. We will be returning for an Escalade ESV in a few months. What sets these folks apart is, I took the Cadillac in for an inspection in the state of Maryland and they failed it over 2 minor things, wiper blades and a small cut in one of the tires. The same day, I stopped by the dealership to pick up our second key for the car and I mentioned what had happened to Drew. He immediately went and filled his manager in. I then met with Jared who made copies of my inspection report and told me they were going to take care of everything. Jared arranged for a loaner for me that I kept for about 4 days until the car was serviced. They replaced the tire, installed new wiper blades, cabin filter, 2x air filter elements, a battery, flushed the transmission fluid and replaced the filter as well as did a wheel alignment. We were not billed for the service. I massively appreciate the kind gesture by the Cadillac Team. You folks are the best! More
