Door issue Not the most welcoming / friendliness service center I've visited, everyone in there own world. First I ask to have my driver's door checked Charles W Not the most welcoming / friendliness service center I've visited, everyone in there own world. First I ask to have my driver's door checked Charles Williams basically said I was causing the problem and after the tech had checked it out David stated I could always take it somewhere else. On this last visit the door has drop noticable lower and wasn't informed until I asked about it, that it was not checked out because there tech on site. More

Amazing experience Surprised by the knowledge of the service writer. I normally cringe when I have to walk near the service center of a dealership. The service guys alwa Surprised by the knowledge of the service writer. I normally cringe when I have to walk near the service center of a dealership. The service guys always appear to be a superstar mechanic but can’t even change the oil in a vehicle. David was beyond helpful and even went in depth explaining things. Never once felt pressured, I will definitely let everyone know my experience and will always return and be a customer of Mr. Truitt. Thanks again! More

Charged for a serviceI feel or was told car was 100 per cent When I bought the2014corvette from you all through Ms Kathy Hensley..i was given a bill of sale stating the car was fully covered anything for one yea When I bought the2014corvette from you all through Ms Kathy Hensley..i was given a bill of sale stating the car was fully covered anything for one year (2019). I have almost 5 Month left on warranty David, my service guy was very helpful. He didn’t understand why this issue was not covered (replacement of drivers visor side garage door opener). Over $500 spent on this . I think it should have been covered by warranty or at least help on labor. I left message on your office phone Thursday or Friday, but did not hear from you. I had been always impressed with you all service, but this was a vary expensive cost to me. Thank you Robert (Bobby) Edmunds More

He carefully listen to the service I requested and explained how my request would he addressed. He completed the service requested and spoke to the technician that would work on my car. I am an out of state customer and the courteous professionalism and service demonstrated by Charles, David Triuitt and Master Buick GMC left me with the thought of how lucky Augusta is to have Master Buick GMC.
