Kathy was born in Augusta and went to High School at Augusta Prep. She graduated from Agnes Scott with a BA in Psychology. During College, she worked as Customer Service Manager and New Car Delivery Manager for a Dealership in Decatur, GA. After college, she worked as a Salesperson for a Car Dealership in Atlanta, then worked Managing Apartment Communities until she began a family. She moved back to Augusta to be close to family and started back with the family business in August of 2010. She has worked as a Customer Service Agent in Service, Business Development Manager, and Website Development and Marketing since coming back in to the Business.

David Truitt in service was awesome as always keeping me informed as well as doing some updates on my 19 Sierra AT4 that had came out. I can’t imagine purchasing my vehicles anywhere else than my hometown GMC Dealership in Augusta, Ga. Bernard Hughes greeted me with his always great personality. I purchased my vehicle from Bernard, as I patiently waited for its release. My son Robbie Looper has since bought a 2018 Sierra from them and loves it as well. More

Was met immediately by staff, and asked my specific needs and wants to conduct business. Mr. Hughes is very knowledgeable, and very efficient getting paperwork in order for my purchase. Mr Hughes even stayed after hours to complete my purchase before leaving for the evening. Upon delivery, Mr Hughes was extremely thorough in explaining all functions/features the truck had to offer, and navigated through many of them. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the trucks capabilities before I departed the dealership. More

It was simply professional and a pleasure at GMC. I was notified by Porsche at the GMC Dealership that I hade some software updates as well as a seal on my bedcover for my 19 GMC AT4, it was quickly l I was notified by Porsche at the GMC Dealership that I hade some software updates as well as a seal on my bedcover for my 19 GMC AT4, it was quickly lined up the following day, and I picked it up that afternoon. Incredible service dept. Uba was my Tech and David Truitt was the service manager, met me with my key, got home same time as always. More

On this last visit the door has drop noticable lower and wasn't informed until I asked about it, that it was not checked out because there tech on site. More

Charged for a serviceI feel or was told car was 100 per cent When I bought the2014corvette from you all through Ms Kathy Hensley..i was given a bill of sale stating the car was fully covered anything for one yea When I bought the2014corvette from you all through Ms Kathy Hensley..i was given a bill of sale stating the car was fully covered anything for one year (2019). I have almost 5 Month left on warranty David, my service guy was very helpful. He didn’t understand why this issue was not covered (replacement of drivers visor side garage door opener). Over $500 spent on this . I think it should have been covered by warranty or at least help on labor. I left message on your office phone Thursday or Friday, but did not hear from you. I had been always impressed with you all service, but this was a vary expensive cost to me. Thank you Robert (Bobby) Edmunds More
