Dawn McStine is Your Best Ambassador! We now own a 2015 Lincoln because of Dawn McStine (and Henry Rowe)! Both provided exceptional customer service, but Dawn got us started down the path We now own a 2015 Lincoln because of Dawn McStine (and Henry Rowe)! Both provided exceptional customer service, but Dawn got us started down the path as a loyal Bozard customer. I also own a 2002 Ford and have had it serviced at Quick Lane since we retired and moved to St. Augustine last year. We first met her then and really felt comfortable with her and her advice, and continued to come back to Bozard because of Dawn. I doubt that I would have walked across the street to meet with Henry and buy the Lincoln if not for Dawn's consistently superior customer service and ready smile! More

Lincoln Date Night We had our Ford Fusion in the shop for service & the loaner car promised was not available so the Dealer loaned us a New Lincoln SUV & told us about " We had our Ford Fusion in the shop for service & the loaner car promised was not available so the Dealer loaned us a New Lincoln SUV & told us about "Date Night" program. We scheduled a night for the sedan- MK3 & enjoyed the experience & the $100 Visa gift for diner. More

We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. Concierge, Tanya Tomanek, was prepared upon my arrival; took car participated in the Lincoln Date Night, while my Lincoln was in for routine service. Concierge, Tanya Tomanek, was prepared upon my arrival; took care of me promptly; & had a terrific personality. Had a new 2015 Lincoln MKZ. Car was very comfortable & quiet. Very smooth ride both on the Interstate & around town. Nicely appointed interior. Has impressive acceleration. Thoroughly enjoyed the Date Night experience! More
