Quick Lane Service I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change only, and it took 1.5 hours. I was aware of only one car in front of me, but it took 40 minu I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change only, and it took 1.5 hours. I was aware of only one car in front of me, but it took 40 minutes to have my car even pulled into the bay. Then, the technician assigned to my car seemed to have been pulled away to provide training to a new employee (who was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts). I was advised that I needed a new battery, and there was another delay waiting for a battery to be picked up from Parts. When my car was finally complete, it was taken for a car wash that delayed my departure by another 15 minutes. While it was nice, I wish they had asked first. I was clearly dressed for work and had already been there more than an hour. I use Croftgate products on my car and would have refused the wash. This was my first visit to the quick lane, and the service was NOT up to Bozard standards. I won't use it again. More

Top notch service Bozard Ford delivers above and beyond service. Their sales team is very helpful, and Freddy Brown was a huge help in purchasing my newest vehicle. The Bozard Ford delivers above and beyond service. Their sales team is very helpful, and Freddy Brown was a huge help in purchasing my newest vehicle. The sales manager, Jesse was also a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I have also always had a positive experience with their service department, especially Dawn. They complete repairs in a timely manner and offer great customer service. They handle all of the fleet maintenance and repairs for our business flawlessly. More
