the dealership is great- excellent customer service and the most efficient service dept i have encountered. my issue is my brand new 2024 cross trek limited. i traded in my 2021 limited or a 2024 limited t the most efficient service dept i have encountered. my issue is my brand new 2024 cross trek limited. i traded in my 2021 limited or a 2024 limited thinking id get exact same car just newer. NOT SO! first no built in navigation- it’s now a $675 option ( i was not told this) you must use phone. if you don’t want to or live or travel in area with poor cell service you are SOL-so either pay the 675 or purchase a garmin. second- do you wear polarized sunglasses? good luck with the crappy resolution on the 11.5 info screen -the entire bottom half is so distorted and darkened as to render unreadable and the backup camera resolution is dark and blurry. so put a hinge on those glasses as you’ll constantly be pushing up and down to see the screen. but most egregious? 16MPG in city. 16! i’m supposed to get 26. i’ll give it a few more weeks to see if this is just “ breaking in”. but i will probably have to take in for service to find out what’s going on. in short it’s still a safe reliable car but a poor substitute for my 2021. More

We bought a car from Don Mealy Subaru Sport (North) approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking.
