This is our second purchase with Casey and he was phenomenal. He actually reached out to us at the 6 month mark to find out how we were enjoying our car and the rest is history! We asked one question and within a week, we were in our brand new vehicle. Casey kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had very quickly. He even took the time to sit and go through some of the features of the new vehicle. Casey is always pleasant, answers all of our questions very honestly, and is friendly and professional. We believe very strongly in being loyal to people and business when they have shown us that they value us as people and consumers and Casey, Dean and the rest of the MBU Annapolis team have definitely done that! We went into the dealership with pre-approval but once we sat down to finalize the details, the other bank introduced stipulations that weren’t prov We went into the dealership with pre-approval but once we sat down to finalize the details, the other bank introduced stipulations that weren’t provided when the pre-approval was secured. It was fairly late (8pm-ish) when we determined we would need to revisit and secure financing through the finance department at the dealership but since it was so late, we would have to revisit the following morning. We left feeling very frustrated. About 5 minutes after we left, we received a call that the approval had gone through and we could come back and complete the purchase. It was about 8:30by this time. Before we left, Larry assured us things would be done first thing in the morning and somehow, he managed to get it done within minutes after business hours! This dealership is full of exemplary sales and finance people who go above and beyond to ensure their customers walk away happy every time. We couldn’t have asked for better experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
