Excellent all around This was our first time to buy a BMW and the first time to deal with The BMW Store. Although we had purchased two Mini Coopers from next door at the M This was our first time to buy a BMW and the first time to deal with The BMW Store. Although we had purchased two Mini Coopers from next door at the Mini Store. I've been interested in the M240i x since it was introduced and was familiar with reviews of the car. But Dean Stathes was very knowledgeable about this model which made the whole process move along. I was thinking of an Audi S3 or A5, but after driving one the used M240s at the dealers I knew that was the one. Dean made the ordering process an easy one. After the car arrived, Dean, Ric Koresky, and Susan Ward all contributed to introducing the car and explaining many of the car's main features. There as a bag of "goodies" that Rick provided....very nice items, no junk. Susan went over much of the complex electronics with me. It's been a great experience all round. More

Easiest car buying experience ever I drove over 300 miles from Nashville to The BMW Store to get my M3 and after the experience I’d drive double that to work with Dean and the crew agai I drove over 300 miles from Nashville to The BMW Store to get my M3 and after the experience I’d drive double that to work with Dean and the crew again. Literally two emails and a phone call was all that was needed to get my dream car. On top of that I drove up that same day to get my car and the team had it waiting on me in pristine condition. Within an hour I was through finance , set up in the car by Susan, and out enjoying my M3. BMW is lucky to have a dealership and associates like Dean and Susan in their organization. The BMW store has earned a customer for life. More

Dean was on top of things at several points in the process, having preparations made before I even asked (and I'll be the first to admit I'm a very particular customer). Susan was very helpful with technology tips at delivery. I had worked with Dean Stathes at The BMW Store in the past, and so I reached out to him, asking him to find a couple of cars that I could review on-line before coming in. Not only did Dean find what I said I wanted, he found a car that I liked even more. The experience at the dealership was quick, and I got a good deal on a fabulous 340xi. Dean was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Then, Susan Ward was extremely helpful in demonstrating the new technology in the car.
