Eric Fender made the final step in the sale process go smooth with all of the documents ready for signature and explanation available as needed. The Service Department is outstanding. Rodney Steadman as my service is great to work with and always responds thoroughly and expediently with resolution of any issues. All in all, Lord willing, I'll be back again to the BMW Store in the not too distant future. More

Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place.
