Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage - my wife was ignored. Shortly thereafter I was greeted by someone who welcomed me - again no recognition that my wife was even there. The salesman I had an appointment with was not in that day, so they sent out their technician Nelson. He was the first person who was pleasant to both of us, and the only reason we stayed and ultimately purchased the car. During the past week or so I have emailed both Declan and Ian with a concern , and neither one has responded. I do not look forward to future interactions with Otto Cadillac personnel. More
