We had been looking exclusively at Carvana since we purchased our last car through them, and somehow I ended up finding the PERFECT Certified Pre-Owned on-line listing posted on Otto's website by Jarre purchased our last car through them, and somehow I ended up finding the PERFECT Certified Pre-Owned on-line listing posted on Otto's website by Jarred Rossi. Then continued with back and forth phone calls/e-mails with Michael Caccese during the week and wrapped up on that same weekend with Declan Cohen explaining all of the financing and Jarred Rossi showed me ALL of the wizardry of our fully loaded XT4. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage - my wife was ignored. Shortly thereafter I was greeted by someone who welcomed me - again no recognition that my wife was even there. At that point we a wife was ignored. Shortly thereafter I was greeted by someone who welcomed me - again no recognition that my wife was even there. At that point we almost walked out. The salesman I had an appointment with was not in that day, so they sent out their technician Nelson. He was the first person who was pleasant to both of us, and the only reason we stayed and ultimately purchased the car. During the past week or so I have emailed both Declan and Ian with a concern , and neither one has responded. I do not look forward to future interactions with Otto Cadillac personnel. More
