This has been the best dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought my car a year ago, and the whole transaction was great. My whole experience with 5 Star Subaru so far has been great!!! As the experience of shopping for and completing the process of getting a car can be quite stressful, I absolutely couldn’t be happier. We were traveling cross country when a check engine light came on late at night. Our hotel was located near Five Star Subaru. Next morning I was at the service department as they opened. The service manager came on late at night. Our hotel was located near Five Star Subaru. Next morning I was at the service department as they opened. The service manager greeted me and set my expectations. It was a Saturday and their appointment schedule was full. But they would run a diagnostic to check the problem. Depending on the result, they would see what they could do since I needed to drive home to another state. But it could be Monday before they could work on it. He introduced me to a service advisor, Deion Thomas, . Deion was great. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. I was also given a loaner to drive until I could get my vehicle back. The technician working on the vehicle texted me a video of what he was checking on the vehicle and where he found the problem. I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle by the end of that day. I was preparing to alter my trip plans to wait for my vehicle’s service on Monday and was very grateful that they made every effort to return it the same day. More
