Mya was extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with. Last year, I purchased a car from this dealership that I loved. Unfortunately, it was totaled a month ago. I knew that I wanted to get a car ve with. Last year, I purchased a car from this dealership that I loved. Unfortunately, it was totaled a month ago. I knew that I wanted to get a car very similar to it so I decided to stop by and was assigned to Mya. She was very patient with my 3 year old son who wasn’t such a fan of the car buying process when it came to sitting around and doing paperwork. I told Mya what I was looking for in a car and within 10 minutes, she had a car pulled around out front for me to look at. Instantly, I knew it was the one and so did my toddler! He said to me “mommy this car is beautiful” so I knew it had his approval. The whole process (walking in the door and driving off the lot) was believe it or not only 3.5 hours. This was definitely the quickest car buying experience I have ever had and I would definitely recommend Mya to anyone!! More

It was a very different experience compared to previous car buying. More like joining something. Stan at Hyundai Towson was awesome, going the extra mile to get me the exact car I wanted - exact exterior color, interior color, and trim level. Even though they didn’t have my Blue Hyundai Tucson at the d to get me the exact car I wanted - exact exterior color, interior color, and trim level. Even though they didn’t have my Blue Hyundai Tucson at the dealership when I wanted to buy, Stan was able to bring it over on the same day from another dealer. Stan was very helpful with answering any questions I had about the vehicle and got me a great deal. Stan has continued to impress by answering questions even after my purchase. I highly recommend Stan and all the folks at Hyundai Towson. More

Had a fantastic experience at this dealer. I was looking for a fast, no hassle or negotiation deal and that's exactly what I got. Would definitely come back to this dealer to buy again. If anything - the closing process took a bit longer than expected because finance continued to go into detail on services we did not want and after we explained that we were in a bit of a time crush. Even with that - everyone we worked with was very nice and made our experience a pleasant one. More

Made two trips to the dealership after I was told the vehicle I was looking for was there, it was not there either time. I live about 35-45 mins. away from the dealership so each time it was several hour vehicle I was looking for was there, it was not there either time. I live about 35-45 mins. away from the dealership so each time it was several hours wasted. I even made a 3rd trip there when the GM Brad Scammell called and told me for sure the vehicle was there. Made a fair deal on a new car and my salesman Ibrahim was very helpful and all went well until I got to the finance dept., finance manager didn't seem to be prepared ( they were not busy ) and she really didn't seem to interested in getting us out of there in a timely fashion ( was there 5 hours by now ) and due to her delays the credit union was now closed and we couldn't get confirmation of approval from them. Made the deal with another lender and finance manager ( Ms. Jackson )said she would contact the credit union tomorrow to find out about approval as the rate was lower. Next time we heard from her she stated the credit union wanted us to put another 5k down for the deal ( already had 12k equity in the new car with trade and money down ), so we contacted the credit union and they said that was not true that we were approved and it would be best to complete the deal through the dealership so again we contacted Ms. Jackson and had to leave a voicemail, she never called back that day. Called the next day and she was off, called on the 3rd day and spoke with her GM and then we finally got to speak to her again and she stated she " wasn't sure how to proceed now and would have to speak to her supervisor ", well she got back to us the following day and said she couldn't do it as it had to have been done within one day of our deal. Thanks to her delaying getting back to us we now have to go to the credit union and finish everything ourselves and that is being held up waiting for Heritage to mail us the new registration. I have done deals with their GM previously and he was a pleasure to work with, no problem with the salesman even though he told me on the phone the 2nd time that the vehicle was there when it wasn't but the finance manager made the entire process a miserable experience and much more work for us because she didn't do her job and failed to follow up with us in a timely manner. More
