In and OUT! Awesome Service Department :) I bought my 2016 Honda HRV from Many back in August, and needed my key fob battery replaced. I came in and was swiftly greeted by Denise Rice despite I bought my 2016 Honda HRV from Many back in August, and needed my key fob battery replaced. I came in and was swiftly greeted by Denise Rice despite them being busy. She took my key, ran it in, and before I was even finished parking was coming out to return it to me. She was very sweet too. Denise and Tracee are the BEST! Denise and Tracee are star employees that went above and beyond to help me. My signal light indictor needed to be changed and when I explained to the Denise and Tracee are star employees that went above and beyond to help me. My signal light indictor needed to be changed and when I explained to them why I couldn't leave my car for an hour or two (my husband was having chemo infusion and I needed to get back) they jumped in and got the part and changed the bulb. The service department was improved and it was way more efficient. I was appreciative of all who I spoke with. They all were very kind and I got my car finished in less than 2 hours. This last time i had engine problems after getting my car out of auto body shop. Jose was understanding of my time and was very helpful. He kept me posted through out the entire time my car was being serviced. I adore Denise she has a great personality and Jen was fun to work with :) Thanks guys for being amazing i do share the type of customer service experience with my work since its hard to get that now days. :) More

Excellent Jose Rocha handled my Honda Pilot service really efficiently and quickly. I appreciated how well it all went. Jennifer Crouch set me up and out the Jose Rocha handled my Honda Pilot service really efficiently and quickly. I appreciated how well it all went. Jennifer Crouch set me up and out the door with a loaner vehicle and did a great job making it fast and pain less. I've taken our Pilot to Manly for most of the time we've owned it and they've done a great job. It's a 2014 and at 113k miles it's running like a top. We've done our best to maintain it as best we can and Manly has made it a positive experience. More
