Great Service, Great Company! I recently brought an older car to have my car battery replaced and had to bring a tow truck in order to bring it into the shop. I was greeted by cheery, nice and friendly representatives there named Denise Rice and Tracee Olibas. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful which made my visit a lot easier. I was nervous and worried because I wasnt sure if we were going to make it on time for our morning appointment but that all changed upon meeting Denise and Tracee. Great experience I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my ser I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my service started. All the staff were taking the extra measures for everyone’s safety (re COVID-19). I also came in contact with Mary Beth and Tracee both with smiles under their masks! I could tell by their demeanor and interaction with me. I asked Denise if she could get something out of my car and she happily obliged. Ted advised me my service could take up to 3 hours due to an issue I was having with my key fob and the extra measures they were taking with sanitizing the cars. I decided to wait outside and read. I received a text from Ted about an hour later saying my car would be ready sooner than expected. He also contacted the warranty company and confirmed my key fob was still under warranty (saving me $175 for testing and reprogramming). My car was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I’ve always had great service with Manly Honda And this service was above and beyond. Thank you! More
