Highly recommend Manly Honda service Dept for repairs or maintenance service. My service advisor was Susan Geasland, she was very helpful, well informed and very responsive to my questions and concerns. My maintenance service. I needed to visit Manly Honda for a recall on my vehicle. I also had a couple of other concerns I wanted them to check out. I first worked with Jose, the service manger, who was very friendly. Then I got I also had a couple of other concerns I wanted them to check out. I first worked with Jose, the service manger, who was very friendly. Then I got a loaner vehicle from Denise and she was cheerful, quick and efficient in getting me in a vehicle and on my way. Finally Ron managed the service work and called me when my vehicle was ready and closed out my paperwork. Overall a good experience on this visit. More

Had great service from Ron, kept me up to date on repairs and offered the rental for a longer period at no extra charge due to extend repair times. They are very customer satisfaction centered. On a Sunday the moon roof on my Ridgeline shattered on the Highway. Major rain was expected starting Monday night and I do not have covered parking. Called the service department first thing Monday and talked to Denise who immediately got approval to get my truck in and keep it safe. Even did what they could to get me a loaner. When I arrived Denise referred me to America the service advisor. As America was finishing with another customer I checked with the parts department and he found one in stock in California if not would have been a back ordered part He coordinated with America and got the part ordered and my truck brought inside. Even asked then to do my oil change while there to take advantage of their special. Only took a day to complete the work. This is my family and friends 5 car purchased and serviced by Manly and looking to see what I may get next through Dan Thompson. I so appreciate the team work this dealer staff has demonstrated over and over again More

Having the car serviced is not my favorite thing but at Manly it really is a nice experience. I have never been disappointed. Whatever service agent I have had has always been courteous and efficient. T Manly it really is a nice experience. I have never been disappointed. Whatever service agent I have had has always been courteous and efficient. This time I had to leave my car over night and was given a fantastic rental car. That was really a treat. It had all of the bells and whistles. When it is time for me to buy a new car I will never go anywhere else. It is always a comfort that having a Honda means the I have a very dependable car that will just keep running. Thank you everyone at Manly. More
