When I dropped off my car and got a rental, I was told that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be told that it had been ready. I was a little disappointed that I never got a message letting me know it was done so that I could have gotten home sooner than I did. More

The staff has always been professional, friendly and courteous. I never feel like a "number" here; I feel like each person is addressed for what their needs are at the time. I don't own a Honda, but will continue to bring my car in simply because of the wonderful experience I always have. I would even consider buying a Honda in the future because of the care I get from every service appointment I have here. More
