When I dropped off my car and got a rental, I was told that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be told that it had been ready.
