This is my third consecutive auto purchase at Handy. The last 2 sold to me by Lee Bodette and the financing setup by Dennis Gebhardt. The last 2 Highlander's were upgrades to a newer model, which is wh The last 2 sold to me by Lee Bodette and the financing setup by Dennis Gebhardt. The last 2 Highlander's were upgrades to a newer model, which is what I wanted. Lee's relaxed, you tell me what you want for a new car approach, took away the pressure of making a big purchase. That is one important factor for me in making the decision. Lee, Dennis, and myself talked about the options to get a better interest rate for financing. They asked me to fill out a finance application Saturday afternoon, by this Monday morning they got back to me. Great news! Dennis greeted me this afternoon, we went through the financial work, he reminded of the programs he presented from the first car I financed with him, and he quickly pointed out the improvements to the program, and how he prorated one to improve the sale of my trade in and apply it to my new car. A benefit for me! Add in some good conversation and the financing went smooth, as planned, and very efficient. I travel from Middlebury, Vt to Handy in St. Albans, because I trust and have confidence that Handy we satisfy my auto needs of sales and service. Lee and Dennis are why I feel this way about the Handy dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about Handy Toyota! More
