I know how long it usually takes to get the deal done. I was beyond impressed with the service and speed I received at Advantage Chevrolet. We were in and out of there with a new 2017 Cruze in less than 2 hours. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and I will be contacting him again in the near future to hopefully purchase another one. Due to our situation, this was a tough deal but Cyril did it. And Dennis, Omg! Fabulous! Right before going in to sign the financing documents, I said to my husband "this is the part that I dread"...really, who likes signing their life away?! But from the moment we walked in Dennis made the atmosphere none-intimidating. He was very friendly and even gave advice on how to increase our credit score so that when we come back for another car or to refinance(hint, hint) things will be a lot smoother. I appreciate the personal touch because neither Cyril nor Dennis are required to offer the advice that they did but they did. Our credit isn't the worst but it's not the best.
