Salesman and I agreed on the price of the car and salesman agreed to lower the cost of the doc fees. Went to the finance office price of vehicle went from the agreed price and doc fees were on the fi salesman agreed to lower the cost of the doc fees. Went to the finance office price of vehicle went from the agreed price and doc fees were on the final numbers. Also finance manager became angry agitated and raised his voice because I refused to purchase their gap and warranty. after all was signed he walked me over to cashier and walked away without a simple thank you for your business. Also was told that the car was going to be detailed, funny when I got into my new purchase the interior was not cleaned other than vacuumed and the outside was washed. All of this just showed me this dealerships true colors. A family business that has no problem lying through their teeth and then act ignorant to customers who chose to not take their false promises. Never going to shop their again, also never sending friends or family members there again. Thank you for confirming the lying unethical individuals you truly are. More
