As always the service at DePaula is excellent. The people are always friendly and the waiting area is clean with access to drinks and TV. The chairs are spaced etc. They only problem this time w The people are always friendly and the waiting area is clean with access to drinks and TV. The chairs are spaced etc. They only problem this time was the wait time. We were told it would take about 4 hours but it did take longer. Since we come from over two hours away it makes for a very long day. Understandably, things happen. We can’t say enough about Andrew from the red team who was so nice and kept us informed. We truly appreciate all of his help. Our kids say we’re crazy for going all the way to Albany to buy a car and get it serviced but we say it’s worth it. Thanks to Dario who was our excellent sales guys too! More

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years i have purchased 5 company trucks this year alone. BUT.. I brought my personal truck in for warranty work in July after a month I got it back still havin purchased 5 company trucks this year alone. BUT.. I brought my personal truck in for warranty work in July after a month I got it back still having transmission problems. I brought my truck in a second time they kept it a week made repairs and assured me it was fixed. 2 days later its now worse than ever . My transmission slams gears causing excessive wear on my drivetrain I have called and expressed my concers on to be told we will call you later today with a new appointment.(never happens) I call every week and I get the same response. I have left multiple messages to the service director Dennis Walters he has yet to return my call in 2 months . At this point I'm just trying to get it fixed so I can trade it in. as I feel and know the drivetrain has been compromised. Its been 3 weeks now still have no appointment. Just poor workmanship ,poor communication I do not recommended depaula auto group. More
