Deonte is obviously a new in this position, which shows. Delivery of the car was ,....hmm, at home I found out, half of the windshield fluid reservoir empty.
Still having a problem with notifications, lock/unlock is, salesman couldn't help. Very annoying get many email about my car in my garage being unlocked. Working on it on my own.

Cedric was a big help when it came to letting me know my options for getting into a new vehicle. The process didn’t take too long. Before I know it I was able to shred my bus pass and Drive off the lot in my NEW 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport With a full tank of gas!

There were no built-up broken promises of what they could do and what the vehicle could do. We simply talked about options and the best ways to purchase, finance or lease. Deonte was an honest and helpful sales and product specialist. Noel De Belen was a pleasure to work with and showed me all the options financially and made great recommendations. Even financing was pleasant with Jin Lee, the Finance Manager. Usually, the financing piece is not a happy experience, but Jin Lee walked me through the paperwork in detail, yet captured everything within 45 minutes, making the overall experience terrific.

The salesman was good and help in the search for the right car for me. The mountain of paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by an employee who did not introduce himself.
The big fopaw of the experience was the next day, now eveyone in the dealership had trouble finding the keys to rental car I left overnight.

"It takes too long to buy/lease a car"
I really don't like the process of buying or leasing a new car. It takes way too long. 4 hours of my afternoon were shot in a process that should have taken half that time or less. And this was after I came in on an earlier date to test drive & have already decided on the car I was going to get, which took 2 hours as well, again way too long.
Part of the problem:
1. Loosing/misplacing initial paperwork
2. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing
3. Perhaps, not enough manpower
All dealerships are like this, not just this one. That doesn't make it okay. I dread having to go through this.

I'm a lucky person for buying new Veloster N.
