When I pitched my new 2024 Crosstrek i purchased all the warranties and extras. I was told by the financial advisor that I would get $400 I could use on accessories or pay for service after my service contr warranties and extras. I was told by the financial advisor that I would get $400 I could use on accessories or pay for service after my service contract ended. When I went in to see about get some accessories with my $400, I was told that was in fact not true. The financial manager told Mr the person that told me that was no longer with the company and acknowledged he had told other people the same thing. They refused to honor what their financial advisor had told me. I was told if I bought a new vehicle he would make the $400 good. Needless to say I will go somewhere else when I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle. However, I will say their service department is excellent!!! More
