Truly a customer-centered operation. Inventory was large enough to explore styles function and cost in a way completely based on *my* need/ability. My salesperson, Derek, asked at least a half dozen questio enough to explore styles function and cost in a way completely based on *my* need/ability. My salesperson, Derek, asked at least a half dozen questions per suggestion he'd offer. Was pleasant, relaxed, welcoming. In the end, when Heritage didn't quite have *exactly* the vehicle I was hoping for, Derek had come to know enough about my vision/needs that he found my car at a sister dealership. Sent me a video of the vehicle entitled "I think we found your car"... I drove it home the next day! Can't say enough about how helpful Derek was!! More

After doing a lot of shopping for a new Toyota in the area, and dealing with a lot of the dealerships in the Northeast (Northway Toyota in Latham NY, and then Handy Toyota in St. Albans VT), I was very h area, and dealing with a lot of the dealerships in the Northeast (Northway Toyota in Latham NY, and then Handy Toyota in St. Albans VT), I was very happy to work with Derek and his team at Heritage Toyota. Derek is not only a great salesperson, but he is also a decent person and totally made myself and my wife who was with me for the initial offer feel comfortable. Compare this to Handy Toyota in St. Albans - where the experiences my wife and I have had in the area were the complete opposite. Derek was able to offer more than what I thought I was going to get for my 2011 Corolla, able to make the numbers work for me, and get me exactly the truck I wanted. I highly recommend Derek for all of your car or truck purchasing needs. I leased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma SR5 and love the truck. Thank you Derek! More

I appreciated being able to research the cars available on Heritage Toyota's website prior to coming in--each make and model had excellent information, starting with just basic info for us newbies, then wi on Heritage Toyota's website prior to coming in--each make and model had excellent information, starting with just basic info for us newbies, then with more in-depth info further down on the page. I also appreciated going on test drives by myself (due to COVID restrictions)-- Derek made sure to run over the highlights of each vehicle in a very casual-yet-informative way, and made sure I knew my way around the interior of the car prior to me heading off. Everyone felt friendly and authentic, and I appreciated how Derek's first question was "What was I looking for in a car?" to help him come up with some cars that would fit my criteria. More
