Derek was great--we went back and forth for months between buying used, buying a Prius and buying a Rav4 Prime, and he was able to give us cost breakdowns for each option, and when we finally settled between buying used, buying a Prius and buying a Rav4 Prime, and he was able to give us cost breakdowns for each option, and when we finally settled on the Rav4 he kept us updated on its delivery from Japan. I feel like we got exactly the car we wanted, with exactly the packages we wanted and nothing more, at MRSP--no hard sell and no markups at any point, which is a rare thing particularly for that vehicle. Very happy with our experience with Heritage Toyota. More

Wow this dealership is great. My sales guy Derek helped me find the perfect truck with all the whistles I needed. Derek came highly recommended when I started the search for a new vehicle for my girls and I.
