Oil change appointment at 9:30. Checked in at 9:10. It’s 10:45 - they haven’t started on my car yet. They don’t let you know until you ask. They just expect you to wait. Checked in at 9:10. Scheduling the appointment was fine. Derek was professional and informative, and it was very nice being sent home in a complimentary Uber car. Our frustration was not getting status upda Derek was professional and informative, and it was very nice being sent home in a complimentary Uber car. Our frustration was not getting status updates and it was difficult to get through to call our service consultant. It took all day to get our car back but mostly it seemed because of slow communication. Overall we were happy with the dealership and the service and will come again when needed. More

Derek was great, as usual. The service manager was dismal. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is unacceptable. The service manager was dismal. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is unacceptable. More

The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, and they thoroughly understand my vehicle’s needs and concerns. The certified BMW technician conducts a multi-point video inspection, detailing any issues with the vehicle. To top it off, they end the service with a really good car wash. I highly recommend BMW Sarasota to my friends and family. More
