Carlos is awesome! I had to bring my car in for a low tire warning. Carlos Is our service advisor and was off that day. The tires were filled and I was sent on my way, h I had to bring my car in for a low tire warning. Carlos Is our service advisor and was off that day. The tires were filled and I was sent on my way, had to go back to dealer for another low tire .Carlos took the time to check tires and found a screw. Replaced tire quickly and efficiently. When I left service I noticed the engine message light on. Said coolant low and I should check soon. I returned to the dealership and found the radiator cover was never put back on. The service person tri on. Said coolant low and I should check soon. I returned to the dealership and found the radiator cover was never put back on. The service person tried to hide the fact but I could see the engine compartment sprayed with radiator fluid. So I asked if the cover wasn’t put back on. Quietly he said it had not. That is all he said. He put fluid back in asks me to check the message. It was fine so I he said I was good to go and left. Good thing I returned or engine would have been ruined as I was just about get on the freeway. Will rethink future purchases and service at that dealership. More
