I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate. More
