I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Immigrated to Vancouver, Canada where I joined the Canadian Army. I met my American Special Forces Husband of 34yrs on the air force base where I was stationed. I then moved to Sacramento and now live in Shingle Springs!! I have been a Talent Scout for 30years but when COVID struck it changed my career direction. I found the Automotive industry very similar to finding talent and placing them on the right path. Meeting customers and getting to know them is my greatest pleasure and my gift of finding them the right car is such a joy. I have always been an advocate for customers and making sure they have the best experience. I pride myself on making sure every customer feels my integrity, honesty and pure joy when we find them the perfect solution to their needs and wants!!

I really appreciate the delivery service of my new BMW and the extra help learning about all the features. It was so convenient to have him come to our home to show us. The folks I had contact with were Brian Lonchar, Dalton Richards, Ian Johnson, Andrew Lo, Jacob Reeed and Andrea at the front desk. They are a wonderful team. Kathy and I have been dealing with her indometrial cancer, lymphedema and now frontotemporal dementia.. She's clear of cancer, but having memory, mobility and personality changes. We needed a different vehicle for her to travel in and this wonderful team of kind, caring and very helpful people my our lives better. Hip hip for the Niello name.
